Good Morning, Vietnam (1987) -- One of the movies that allowed Robin Williams to be serious (both a good thing and a bad thing, as sometimes we'd rather he just be funny), and not a bad movie at that, if for no other reason than to let him show off. B
Rain Man (1988) -- One of the early "actor playing retarded guy gets an Oscar" movies, but Dustin Hoffman probably deserved it anyway, since he's great at everything. Good little movie. B
