Byron Paul

Director and actor of the 60s and 70s.

Lt. Robinson Crusoe, U.S.N. (1966) -- This is arguably the movie I've seen more times than any other movie in my life, though it's hard to remember a lot of it now.  When I had the Disney Chanel as a kid, this came on like four times a day for several months and I probably watched it at least once a day.  I was a nut for Dick Van Dyke back then.  From what I remember, it was a kind of goofy, good for kids (obviously) movie that probably wouldn't make any impression on adults, other than having that certain innocent quality (I hesitate to say "charm") found in 1960s Disney live-action.
