Penelope Spheeris

The director of Wayne's World, goofy comedies, and rock and roll documentaries.

Wayne's World (1992) -- Certainly the best and funniest Saturday Night Live movie ever made (yes, even better than The Blues Brothers) with jokes that just won't go away (and you don't want them to). A part of my life and the lives of everyone my age, most likely. (See Stephen Surjik for the sequel, Wayne's World 2.) A

Black Sheep (1996) -- Jeez, I dunno, I remember laughing once or twice. C

Senseless (1998) -- About a guy who can see butts real big. D
