Shrek (2001) -- Directed with Andrew Adamson. One of the first of the computer-animated children's movies that's nothing but one stupid pop-culture reference after another. Some clever or funny bits here and there that prevent it from becoming completely nauseous, but nowhere near a classic. (Andrew Adamson directed the sequel, Shrek 2.) C
