Paul McCartney

The Beatle whose involvement in the movie business included doing the score for The Family Way, writing the theme song for Live and Let Die, and writing and starring in Give My Regards To Broad Street.

Magical Mystery Tour (1967) -- Directed with George Harrison, Bernard Knowles, John Lennon and Ringo Starr.  The Beatles' third film was a made-for-TV movie directed by the Beatles themselves, running at around an hour.  Where A Hard Day's Night was brilliant and Help! at least had some goofy fun, this one is a whole lotta dismal with the occasional brightness that makes it worth watching.  The songs, as always, are great, and the "music video" segments work the best.
